Christmas cards in your own handwriting
Twenty cards, the same greeting twenty times? Type it once and TypedHand sets it in your own handwriting. Every card looks a little different, because the same letter never comes out exactly the same.
Free, no account needed.
how it works
From greeting to card in four steps
Fill in the template
On paper with any pen and a phone photo, or on a tablet with a stylus in a notes app. You only do this once.
Type your card text
Write the greeting once in the editor. It shows the text live in your handwriting.
Choose A5 as the page size
A5 is half an A4 sheet. There is no postcard format; A5 is the size that comes closest to a card.
Export a PDF and print it
Print the PDF, then fold it or trim it to your card.
Sending the card digitally in GoodNotes? The GoodNotes export works on A4 pages only, so choose A4 for that one.
Whose handwriting is it?
Always the handwriting of the person who filled in the template. If someone else should write the cards, they fill in a template of their own.
Invitations too
The same works for the invitation to the Christmas party or to New Year's Eve. Type the text once, change the date or the name, and export again.
What does it cost?
Free: 3 exports a month, each with a small watermark (“Made with TypedHand • typedhand.com”). Plus: €2.99 a month, cancel any month, 10 exports a month without a watermark. You can print one export as often as you like; only a card with its own name needs an export of its own.

Can I print straight onto cards?
That depends on your printer. Print the A5 PDF on card stock if your printer takes it, or print on A4 and trim the card to size.
Do I need an iPad?
No. Paper and a phone photo work, or any tablet with a stylus.
Can I make each card personal?
Yes. Change the name and export again. Every export counts towards your monthly limit.
Is there a font file for Word?
No. There is no font file. You type in the TypedHand editor and export a PDF.
